Activating your new Blue Stakes of Utah 811 support account
Click the link shown in this screenshot to be redirected to a signup website where you can activate your new account.
Once redirected to the signup website, click Activate with SSO.
Step 3:
Your account is now created! You can close out of the Neo Admin Center Page.
Step 4:
Navigate to support.bluestakes.org in your web browser and save this website to your bookmarks so you can access it easily.
Log in using the button in the top right corner.
You can use this new help desk portal to submit tickets and look up help articles which will be populated in the coming weeks.
Submitting Tickets via Portal:
To submit a ticket, click “Submit an IT Ticket”.
You can fill out all the information or pictures you would like to provide us on the following screen, then select submit.
The IT team will reply to your request shortly by email, which you can respond directly to.
Submitting Tickets via Email:
You can still submit tickets directly through email. All emailed help desk tickets and replies must be emailed to (IT Support – Blue Stakes of Utah 811 support@bluestakes.com).
