How to Clear Browser Cache

Note: Doing this will delete all saved passwords and login credentials from your browsers memory, please ensure you have them committed to memory or saved somewhere else to be able to log back in to your websites.
In Chrome

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click three vertical dots
Click More tools   
Choose "Clear browsing data"
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Browsing history", Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
Now you will need to exit all browser sessions: MAX, Ticket Entry, Google Maps, etc...
Open a new Ticket Entry Session, along with anything else you may need that was closed down.
You are done

On your computer, open Firefox.

4. Select Privacy & Security

5. Scroll down until you come to "Cookies & Site Data"

6. Select "Clear Data"

7. In the Clear Data pop-up window. Ensure the check boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are selected.

8. Select the Clear button.

9. In the "Clear all cookies and site data" pop-up, select the Clear Now button.

10. Close all Firefox windows that you have open, restart Firefox, and continue to work as normal.
