How to Create a QTE User Account on TalentLMS
1. Navigate to external.training.bluestakes.org NOT training.bluestakes.org.
2. Log in to the external branch, and click "No" on the prompt asking if you would like to appear as a branch supervisor.

3. Click "Add user" underneath USERS.

4. Fill in the form with appropriate information as seen in the screenshot and list below:
First name = First Name
Last name = Last NameĀ
Email address = Provided Email Address
Username = Q Account Name
Password = Newtin Y Password (The one the user provided on their signup form)
Bio = Leave Blank
User type = Learner-Type
Time zone = GMT -06:00
Language = English
Leave check boxes alone
Phone Number = User Phone Number
License Numbers = Leave blank
Company Name = Company Name Provided
Newtin Y Password = Newtin Y Password

4. Click Add user to create the account.
5. After account creation, find the user in USERS.
6. Navigate to the Courses tab. Unassign ES101 Training, and assign QTE User Training by clicking the + button.
7. Navigate to the Groups tab. Unassign the External Group and assign QTE User group by clicking the + button.
